Black Mountain Wine House, which is located in the former West End Bar and Grill (WEGAP) space, combines rustic charm and ambience with neighborhood warmth to make you feel right at home! Guests will enjoy light appetizers and house wines in their lounge, and are encouraged to stay for dinner, following the happy hour.
